Our Approach

The Rural Health Association of Tennessee advances Age-Friendly Community and Facility awareness by providing education, celebrating best practices, and connecting partners to trusted resources. Through collaboration with the Tennessee Department of Health, the National Rural Health Association, and the John A. Hartford Foundation, we help rural communities learn from one another, elevate successful models, and strengthen their commitment to the wellbeing of older adults across the state.
