Robin joins the RHA team with almost 10 years of executive leadership and human resources. Her previous work experience spans across the industries of HUD (low-income public housing), non-profit, state corrections and healthcare. She brings professionalism with an energetic desire for employee relations and organizational success.

Robin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership & Management from Union University and her HR Specialization from the University of Minnesota. Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University. Other educational accomplishments include completing the Emergency Management Professional Certification from the FEMA Emergency Management Institute.

Outside of her professional life, Robin enjoys UT Vols sports, taking care of her five fur-babies and storm watching as she is a NOAA certified storm spotter and is fascinated by tornados. Robin also dedicates her personal time to Combat 4 Compassion, a 501 c3 non-profit providing support and resources to children across West Tennessee affected by veteran suicide. She shares that her greatest accomplishment to date is being a mother to her son, Caleb.
