Mr. Massey is an emergency management leader with 30 years of expertise in risk assessment, disaster operations planning, and incident response. As Emergency Preparedness Director at HQI, he assists health care providers strengthen emergency preparedness and response plans, improve regulatory compliance and enhance readiness across care settings.

Prior to joining HQI, Mr. Massey served nine years with the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and twenty years with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
