All guest reservations must be secured with an advance deposit of 50% of the total room and tax for lodge rooms and/or cabins at the time of booking, or one night room and tax whichever is greater, plus a $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee. The remaining balance for lodge rooms and/or cabins is due upon arrival.

The East Tennessee event will have osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. LMU-DCOM designated this program for 4.0 AOA Category 2-A credits.
The Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU-DCOM) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians.
