![]() Allie Haynes is a public service professional with a rich background in both domestic and international community development work. Currently Allie is pursuing a Master of Public Service at Cumberland University, that builds on her previous academic achievements, including a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Tennessee (UT) and a semester abroad at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. Allie has worked for Rural Health Association of Tennessee since August 2021 and currently serves as the Senior Director of Membership and Advocacy. Prior to her role at the Rural Health Association, Allie worked as a Foster Care Case Manager with the Department of Children’s Services. Her international experience includes time as a Youth in Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps, where she served in Thailand, and as a counselor at the YMCA After-School Childcare Program during her undergraduate studies. Through her diverse roles and experiences, Allie exemplifies a deep dedication to public service and community support, driven by a robust educational background and a wealth of practical experiences.
